Our guests safety is our highest priority
We care about the safety of our guests and colleagues and strictly adhere to governmental restrictions and guidelines that have been put in place due to the Corona pandemic.
We inform our guests and staff about our infection control measures both orally and through information posters.
We have introduced increasingly frequent cleaning of all contact surfaces, like door handles and other surfaces in the public areas as well as in the hotel rooms.
We keep a minimum of 1-meter distance to our guests and colleagues and ask that our guests kindly do the same.
We have stations offering antibac in all public areas available to all guests/staff, as well as back office for all of our staff.
Our kitchen and restaurants take all precautions in regards to food safety.
Our restaurants will have a reduced capacity and a minimum of 1-meter distance between the tables.
All our guests will be asked to disinfect their hands prior to entering the restaurant.
Our menus will be printed in a format that will safeguard infection prevention.
The public wardrobe will not be in use.
We limit queues by the breakfast buffet by taking prebooking’s from all our guests.
At buffets there is extra antibac and plastic gloves available. We also change the serving cutlery on the buffet every thirty minutes.
We have introduced VippsGo in Strandbaren to make ordering of food and beverages available at the tables. This ensures a minimal of queues as well as making contactless payment easily available.
At the Christmas lunches for families we have increased the opening times and are spreading the arrival times to reduce queuing and to ensure more space and distance.

Our spa therapists in Nordsjøbadet Spa have all completed FHI’s infection prevention course to ensure a safe environment for all spa treatments.
We register all our guests with full name and phone number in case of infection tracking.
Should a situation arise where there is suspicion of a guest or a member of staff being infected with Corona (COVID-19), we will follow the government instructions.
We ask that you stay at home if you feel poorly or are experiencing respiratory symptoms. We are more than happy to rebook your visit with us and wish you a warm welcome at another time.
