Our guests safety is our highest priority

We care about the safety of our guests and colleagues and strictly adhere to governmental restrictions and guidelines that have been put in place due to the Corona pandemic.

We have stations offering antibac in all public areas available to all guests/staff, as well as back office for all of our staff.

We have introduced increasingly frequent cleaning of all contact surfaces, like door handles and other surfaces in the public areas as well as in the hotel rooms.

We keep a minimum of 1 meter distance to our guests and colleagues and ask that our guests kindly do the same.

We inform our guests and staff about our infection control measures both orally and through information posters.

Our kitchen and restaurants take all precautions in regards to food safety. Our restaurants will have a reduced capacity and a minimum of 2 meter distance between the tables. Our buffets will have a member of staff available who will serve our guests.

All of our guests will be asked to desinfect their hands prior to entering the restaurant.

Our menues will be printed in a format that will safeguard infection prevention.

The public wardrobe will not be in use.

Our spa therapists in Nordsjøbadet Spa have all completed FHI’s infection prevention course to ensure a safe environment for all spa treatments.

Should a situation arise where there is suspicion of a guest or a member of staff being infected with Corona (COVID-19), we will follow the government instructions.

We ask that you stay at home if you feel poorly or are experiencing respiratory symptoms. We are more than happy to rebook your visit with us and wish you a warm welcome at another time.
