Our Head chef presents a four-course menu based on the best local produce and our Beverage manager, sommelier Alton Scott, will pick out pairing wines. Every course will be presented with information about the produce and Alton will talk about the various wines he has chosen to serve with this meal. Jazz vocalist Isabelle Kongshaug and pianist Håvard Ersland will create the musical backdrop of the evening.
